Every time we stepped in to support a client, it was always “raining” in a business sense, something urgent needed attention, and they just needed temporary coverage. Either because they’d never had HR or recruitment in place or they lost a key member of the team supporting those functions. We found ourselves using the ☂️ emoji to describe these situations: when it rains, it pours. That’s where we come in,. we’re the umbrella you can count on when you need it most.

HOW DO YOUR ENGAGEMENTS WORK?

Our engagements start with a minimum commitment of three months, but we stay as long as our clients need us. We offer extensions as well as retainer packages for ongoing support.

DO YOU ONLY support CANADian businesses?

Nope! We work with companies worldwide. In fact we’ve got consultants across the globe, including ourselves. So far, our clients have been based in Canada, the United States, Ireland, Spain. Our clients do appreciate our extensive understanding of the Canadian HR and Recruitment landscape and often times we’re the first people they call when establishing a Canadian presence.

I’m a candidate, Can you help me find a job?

We don’t offer placement services for individual job seekers, but if our clients are hiring for your position, you can bet we’d love to see your profile, feel free to share your profile with us and if we’ve got a client either past or present that is hiring for a role you could fill, we’ll be in touch.

What if I’m not sure exactly what I need?

That’s where we come in! We start every engagement with a discovery call to understand your pain points and determine how we can provide the right support. Whether it’s a short-term fix or long-term strategy, we’ll help you figure it out.

How quickly can you start?

We move fast. Depending on availability, we can typically begin engagements within a few days. If you have an urgent need, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
